May 5, 2003 -- Torrance, CA -- Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., INC., announced
manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP) today for the 2004 Corolla and
Corolla Matrix models. Both vehicles will be available at dealerships beginning
Mid-May.
For 2004, the Toyota Corolla remains relatively unchanged from the current
model year and maintains its excellent value with no price increase on the CE
and S models, which carry an MSRP of $13,570 and $14,515 respectively. The Corolla
LE models will receive a minimal price increase of $100, to $14,780 for the
2004 model year.
Pricing for the 2004 Toyota Matrix model lineup will remain unchanged and continue
to carry a base MSRP of $14,670. For 2004 the Matrix will offer new extra value
packages on standard and XR Grades, which combine popular options and amenities
at substantial savings.
For comfort and convenience a new Power Package will be available which offers
power windows, power door locks and keyless entry for $480. Available on the
XR grades, The Extra Value Package #1 will include a sporty underbody front
and rear spoiler, cruise control and fog lamps for only $270. The all-new Extra
Value Package #2, which will offer 16-inch alloy wheels and power moonroof in
addition to the contents of Extra Value Package #1, will be available on 2004
models for $880.
