Lexus announced manufacturer's suggested
retail prices (MSRP) today for several 2004 models.
The LX 470 full-size luxury utility vehicle is enhanced for 2004 with the addition
of a rear backup camera system and new wireless technology. The rear backup
camera, integrated with the standard DVD-based Lexus Navigation System, gives
the driver a view of what's behind the vehicle, automatically projecting a color
image on the navigation system's seven-inch LCD screen when reverse gear is
engaged. The navigation system also incorporates Bluetooth® wireless technology,
which allows the driver to transfer personal phone books to the navigation system
and make hands-free phone calls through the system's touch-screen control panel.
The 2004 LX 470's base MSRP will be $64,175, up $550 or 0.9 percent.
The GX 470 mid-size luxury utility vehicle will have an MSRP of $45,075, up
$150 or 0.3 percent.
Base price for the SC 430 hardtop convertible will be $62,575, an increase of
$350 or 0.6 percent.
Prices are unchanged for the 2004 IS 300 compact sport sedans and SportCross,
the GS 430/300 high performance sport sedans and newly introduced RX 330 luxury
utility vehicle.
